{"id":21,"date":"2008-06-30T00:25:00","date_gmt":"2008-06-30T05:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/raysofdisneyland.com\/?p=21"},"modified":"2008-06-30T00:25:00","modified_gmt":"2008-06-30T05:25:00","slug":"its-a-wall-e-weekend-after-all","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raysofdisneyland.com\/?p=21","title":{"rendered":"It&#8217;s a Wall-E Weekend After All"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: left;\">Take a beautiful Rocky Mountain Saturday; a group of closest and dearest friends; a new, wonderful, politically-charged Disney-Pixar animated movie and, chances are, you&#8217;ve found a recipe for pure magic&#8230; even outside of Disneyland.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>While <span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Wall-E <\/span>definitely proved to be one of my all-time favorite Disney-Pixar efforts, it sometimes is the magic of the moment that creates a Disney experience. \u00c2\u00a0Watching a little girl meet Wall-E and Eve for the first time, walking under twinkling lights and a robust moon and sharing my Disney passion with some of my favorite people&#8230; that is what Disney dreams are made of.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/_rMIMYmR5gsA\/SGh3Kl3byVI\/AAAAAAAAAGQ\/U-7b0NOmLio\/s320\/Magical+Moments.jpeg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5217551192155736402\" \/><\/div>\n<div>Sometimes walking down Main Street with just the right person, or watching your mom celebrate her birthday at the Blue Bayou is more &#8220;Disney&#8221; than any attraction, show or fireworks display could ever hope to be. \u00c2\u00a0That&#8217;s not to say I don&#8217;t <span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-weight: bold;\">LOVE<\/span>\u00c2\u00a0all of those experiences&#8230; I wouldn&#8217;t be writing this if I didn&#8217;t, but the next time<\/div>\n<div>\u00c2\u00a0someone asks me &#8220;Why do you like Disney SO much?!?&#8221; \u00c2\u00a0I will think back to this special time and remember that sometimes Disney magic is more about the feeling of Disney than the actual, tangible Disney.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Take a beautiful Rocky Mountain Saturday; a group of closest and dearest friends; a new, wonderful, politically-charged Disney-Pixar animated movie and, chances are, you&#8217;ve found a recipe for pure magic&#8230; even outside of Disneyland.
